A unique solo concert for women at Berlin's famous women's cafe. Jan will dive through musical hoops of blues, jazz, pop, chanson, funk and beyond in an uplifting solo performance that will bring tears to your ears.  Ladies, hags and witches... come and expose yourselves to the extremes of her musical and comic talents. She will leave a trail of smouldering hearts as she blazes her way through a storming show of favourite uptempo hits, mega ballads and complete madness on trusty guitar one-helluva-harmonica and plastic wings!  Supported by Berlin's one and only Suli Puschbahn of 'Do You Really' Fame!

Jan transforms into the real CHER in a evening of musical madness in Mainz Uni ! VINCENZO LINGUINI (maracas) and the mysterious CORELLA (ukulele) will join CHER in a 1970’s medley of deliciously horny old hits!

Moderators Ronny Rolls and Mathias Münch preside over a dazzling program of dance music, cabaret, transvestite show, jazz and a host of surprises running non-stop in 4 halls. Guest star is Tim Fischer with a selection of enchanting chansons. Top U.K. singer-songwriter Jan Allain is accompanied by Patty Stucki from Cologne on saxophone.

I lived in Brighton in a previous life. What can I say! This will be one of the biggest and best queer events of the year.

July 29th 2006 Sunshine Maker Festival / Torpoint in Cornwall
I was playing a storming one hour set with two local musicians:
Steve ‘the hat’ Ayre on drums and Nick ‘fingers’ Mann on bass.

July 15th - 16th 2006 Karlsruhe Women's singing weekend
The recent Karlsruhe Womens Singing Workshop on July 15/16 was truly wonderful!
